This sponsorship will directly support ADNC initiatives that benefit the Audubon Downriver Neighborhood community, within the boundaries as outlined by the City of Spokane. Sponsorship funding directly drives crucial community engagement activities — including Concerts, Holiday Activities, Community Art Projects, and other community-oriented projects authorized by the ADNC Board.

In addition to financial sponsorship, we cordially invite local business leaders to attend our monthly ADNC Membership meetings, held at 6:30 PM on the third Thursday of each month at the Shadle Library (with the exception of July, August, and December, when meetings are not held). These monthly gatherings provide a powerful platform to network and directly connect with neighborhood residents, local law enforcement, civic leaders, and diverse guest speakers presenting on topics that foster community growth and vital resources. Engaging in these meetings offers unique insights into the community’s needs and aligns your business directly with the neighborhood you support.

Program Policies & Timeline

📅 Sponsorship Term

The sponsorship renewal period runs from January 1st through May 1st, annually. All sponsorships are effective through April 30th of the following year.

🗳️ Governance & Voting

This sponsorship represents a marketing and community partnership; it does not grant voting or decision-making rights within the ADNC that are contrary to its bylaws.

🎨 Artwork Responsibility

The sponsor is responsible for providing all artwork, logos, and promotional graphics representing their business. All submitted materials must meet ADNC’s formatting and resolution guidelines for print and digital media.

✅ Content Rights

ADNC reserves the right to restrict, reject, or request modifications to any and all artwork or promotional materials deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the council’s community values.
