Levy-funded improvements will include improved safety and maintenance, a new large custom playground with rubberized surfacing, upgraded restrooms, added pathway and accessibility improvements, enhanced parking lot and pool repairs, and an opportunity to partner with Spokane Public Schools and USTA to expand and cover the existing outdoor tennis courts to provide a year-round indoor complex with community access.
